Vitaliy Artemev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marián Mrázko, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, ФК КрасноДАР's goal looked a bit too open when Marián Mrázko came free, but Vitaliy Artemev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Krivé hnáty's Filip Považský nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitaliy Artemev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Aurel Rojko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venedikt Lepehin in the 31st minute. Vitaliy Artemev came out of the goal and Filip Považský tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 minutes, Marián Mrázko made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. ФК КрасноДАР's Vitaliy Artemev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitaliy Artemev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marián Mrázko's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The audience was convinced that Marián Mrázko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vitaliy Artemev was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Marián Mrázko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Vitaliy Artemev made a huge save. Marián Mrázko made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 97thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Vitaliy Artemev would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The Krivé hnáty supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Krivé hnáty would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
