One of Czechia Hradec Králové:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Springplank FC:s goal. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Harm Korsma took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jan Borůvka to make any attempt to save it. Jan Borůvka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jari Litmanen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. Czechia Hradec Králové's Jan Borůvka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhak Nouri in the 28th minute of play. Přemysl Hanzel's late challenge caught a Springplank FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdelhak Nouri had several of the Czechia Hradec Králové's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 48 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Jan Borůvka as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Helmut Neumann made the kick off in the second half. Jan Borůvka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Litmanen in the 57th minute of the match. Jan Borůvka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jari Litmanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Borůvka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Litmanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute of the match, Benjamin Skopec tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrick Pronk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jari Litmanen scored 8-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Borůvka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Springplank FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Japke Verbeek hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Radoslav Joch sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Pronk skillfully saved the ball. Patrick Pronk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josef Bernášek in the 93rd minute. Jan Borůvka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jari Litmanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
