Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Harold Engelborgh started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedric Van Landewijck in the 3rd minute of play forced Sporting Mambo's goalkeeper Waut Goons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sporting Mambo defense, Cedric Van Landewijck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Goons. The Sporting Mambo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Goons should have stopped the shot. In the 14th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Kerstens to maneuver through the defense. When Hans Van Der Meren came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sporting Mambo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Van Der Meren couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Cedric Van Landewijck made a precise shot to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of SK Dreigoten booed when Sporting Mambo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoachim Fondria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Cedric Van Landewijck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Dreigoten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 39th minute, Loui De Wulf ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Goons was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Vince Van Clijnenbreugel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hans Van Der Meren in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Henri Van Houtvinc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Dreigoten's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Mambo the free kick. The supporters of Sporting Mambo booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Van Houtvinc didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sporting Mambo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SK Dreigoten were winning 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cedric Van Landewijck made a kick off. Waut Goons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric Van Landewijck in the 53rd minute of play. Waut Goons made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ewout Valckenaers in the 57th minute. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedric Van Landewijck in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Sporting Mambo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Etienne Ottevaere hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Jo Vissenakens made a precise shot to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Henri Van Houtvinc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waut Goons having to interfere. Waut Goons made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jo Vissenakens in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Ewout Valckenaers notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons. Waut Goons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Sporting Mambo's goal looked a bit too open when Cedric Van Landewijck came free, but Waut Goons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's goal looked a bit too open when Yoachim Fondria came free, but Vince Van Clijnenbreugel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Ewout Valckenaers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SK Dreigoten's Vince Van Clijnenbreugel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Engelborgh in the 88th minute of play. Waut Goons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedric Van Landewijck, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Cedric Van Landewijck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Goons was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Vince Van Clijnenbreugel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Van Der Meren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SK Dreigoten's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
