Jelle De Boeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurens Van Aken was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Esquirla FC's Laurens Van Aken got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiří Kocour in the 11th minute of play forced Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Dimitri Huijbreghts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jelle De Boeck kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Libor Adamus notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts. Dimitri Huijbreghts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Libor Adamus came free, but Dimitri Huijbreghts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Šimon Mikulica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dimitri Huijbreghts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, SK Slavia Bohnice's goalkeeper Jan Mečíř had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas. Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plass short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Jan Mečíř to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to SK Slavia Bohnice getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Leonid Jakubec hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiří Kocour in the 46th minute of play forced Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Dimitri Huijbreghts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Šimon Mikulica to strike the kick off in the second half. Dimitri Huijbreghts was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Philippe-Arnaud Van den Plas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Mečíř was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Simon Wery kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dimitri Huijbreghts came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by SK Slavia Bohnice's Vladimír Rys. But to his dismay, Vladimír Rys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The SK Slavia Bohnice players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
