Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thaddäus Striner took the kick off in the first half of the match. KV Schoonwater's Gregorie Kloots got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicky Rauvoets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Waller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Pawel Bouchard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Janosch Bluom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicky Rauvoets having to interfere. Pawel Bouchard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicky Rauvoets. KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marc Saelens hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of KV Schoonwater booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Waller didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Thaddäus Striner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Schnyder was a little too slow when Gregorie Kloots got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Marc Saelens took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Vladimir Schnyder to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gregorie Kloots made the kick off in the second half. Pieter-Jan Roelandts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Schnyder having to interfere. A collision led to Fire Devils getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Martial Schwersenz hit a great ball. KV Schoonwater's Nicky Rauvoets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save KV Schoonwater from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Boris Paelinck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Schnyder was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When Jeremie Verhengen fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KV Schoonwater's protests and gave Jeremie Verhengen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, KV Schoonwater's Jeremie Verhengen got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thaddäus Striner in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicky Rauvoets, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fire Devils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KV Schoonwater the free kick. A collision led to Fire Devils getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Leonard Schnyder hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KV Schoonwater fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fire Devils had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
