Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thaddäus Striner took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zsombor Mester in the 6th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Vladimir Schnyder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. István Zolnai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 0-1 became the score in the 7th minute when Zsombor Mester elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. István Zolnai took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimir Schnyder. Vladimir Schnyder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fire Devils's Vladimir Schnyder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by István Zolnai in the 13th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Hajo Nyfeler. István Zolnai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Schnyder having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game István Zolnai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fire Devils's Vladimir Schnyder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vladimir Schnyder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from István Zolnai in the 23rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers István Zolnai in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Schnyder saved Fire Devils from getting behind. Vladimir Schnyder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zsombor Mester's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Thaddäus Striner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Kardos. Csabagyöngye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thaddäus Striner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to Fire Devils getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Pawel Bouchard hit a great ball. Rafael Erdei's late challenge caught a Fire Devils's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Erdei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute of the match Pawel Bouchard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Attila Kardos skillfully saved the ball. In the 36th minute, István Zolnai made a precise shot to the right of Vladimir Schnyder. Fire Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 41st minute Zsombor Mester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Schnyder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fire Devils's goalkeeper Vladimir Schnyder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's goal looked a bit too open when István Zolnai came free, but Vladimir Schnyder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fire Devils's Henrik Basciano got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Fire Devils players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Csabagyöngye were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell István Zolnai to make the kick off. Zsombor Mester could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Vladimir Schnyder made a huge save. Csabagyöngye were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Fire Devils's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zsombor Mester took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zsombor Mester got free with Vladimir Schnyder in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vladimir Schnyder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from István Zolnai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Csabagyöngye got a freekick which was hit by Fülöp Grósz. The Csabagyöngye supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Csabagyöngye would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
