An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Maarten Ballette in the 23rd minute of play forced Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper József Bozsik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbert Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper József Bozsik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tim-Jan Thijs. Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Vérsárkány SE from getting a goal against them. Bertan Aelemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Károly Balázs in the 39th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kris Daniels to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Vérsárkány SE's Róbert Salamon got a free kick in the 74th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ad Fundum had played much better football throughout.
