Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Goražd Djordjević kicked off to start the match. When Kristian Ćurčija fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HIT Gorica's protests and gave Kristian Ćurčija a yellow card for diving instead. Kristian Ćurčija kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Abel Lingier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaber Furlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Martin Marichal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winksele 2016's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HIT Gorica the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Winksele 2016 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Marichal to maneuver through the defense. Đevat Grbac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Floris Milters having to interfere. Đevat Grbac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Marichal in the 20th minute of play forced HIT Gorica's goalkeeper Gaber Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Floris Milters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Đevat Grbac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Iven's late challenge caught a HIT Gorica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Iven helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of HIT Gorica booed when Winksele 2016 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Iven didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Grozdan Mešić hit a great ball. Winksele 2016's Nicolas Worteleers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for HIT Gorica. 63 minutes into the match, Karel-Jan Gheysen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaber Furlan. HIT Gorica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karel-Jan Gheysen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gaber Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karel-Jan Gheysen in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, HIT Gorica's Kristian Ćurčija got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Karel-Jan Gheysen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaber Furlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaber Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel-Jan Gheysen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Gaber Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karel-Jan Gheysen in the 85th minute of the match. If Goražd Djordjević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karel-Jan Gheysen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Winksele 2016 fully deserved thier win.
