Gerjan Staarman started the match with the kick off. Kenneth van der Leegte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sipke Oosting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the SV Wissenkerke defense, Floris Talsma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenneth van der Leegte. Roelof Pietersma kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Floris Talsma in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth van der Leegte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Winthont FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
