Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Neymar Santos kicked off to start the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Davi Luis put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Pindorama's Davi Luis got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes, VARGINHA FC's Paulão Nóbrega shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dida Silva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VARGINHA FC reached it. Dida Silva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cido Paraense went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Pindorama's Cacá Pinheiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Medeiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Neymar Santos came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Pindorama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neymar Santos couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Hamílton Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dida Silva came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by VARGINHA FC's Walmyr Senna. But to his dismay, Walmyr Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dida Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmyr Senna in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Vito Munhoz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Medeiros skillfully saved the ball. Dida Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 36 played minutes Pindorama got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Arce. After 37 minutes, Emílio Trevisan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pindorama and the VARGINHA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pindorama's Fabrício Arce got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Hamílton Terra hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Dida Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulão Nóbrega in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulão Nóbrega was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Paulão Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dida Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cido Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pindorama's Dida Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Pindorama from getting a goal against them. Denílson Vidal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dida Silva firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cacá Pinheiro's late challenge caught a VARGINHA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cacá Pinheiro helped the player get up and apologised. Dida Silva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Paulão Nóbrega. Pindorama's Dida Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Pindorama from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Neymar Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Medeiros was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After 80 played minutes VARGINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Vidal. Walmyr Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamílton Terra got free with Dida Silva in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute of the match, Paulão Nóbrega tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dida Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, VARGINHA FC's Dida Silva threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulão Nóbrega, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 96th minute of the match Emílio Trevisan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Medeiros skillfully saved the ball.
