After 3 minutes, Samuel Teles made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bergamim F.C.'s Vicente Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vicente Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Teles went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 10th minute, Tiago Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 minutes, Juvenal de Moraes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergamim F.C. and the Magos da Bola FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Bergamim F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal de Moraes. Vicente Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Barros came free, but Vicente Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Délio Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juvenal de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Magos da Bola FC booed when Bergamim F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vânderson Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s Juvenal de Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Délio Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Rick Brabo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Augusto Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, André Moreira notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Bergamim F.C.'s Vicente Azevedo. Vicente Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rick Brabo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Rick Brabo took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Vicente Azevedo to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Bergamim F.C. defense, Rick Brabo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Azevedo. The Bergamim F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Azevedo should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by André Luiz Donato in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bergamim F.C.'s Cássio Neiva. André Luiz Donato hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Magos da Bola FC booed when Bergamim F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juvenal de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davi Tasso during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Samuel Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Barros in the 73rd minute of the match. Bergamim F.C.'s Vicente Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick Brabo in the 74th minute of play. Vicente Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when André Moreira sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuel Teles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vicente Azevedo. That made the score 0-8 in the 80 minute of play. In the 82nd minute, André Moreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magos da Bola FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. André Moreira took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Azevedo. Vicente Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10.
