Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Charles Zonta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Romeu Batista made a huge save. 4 minutes into the game, AC Metropol's Igor Schmidt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeu Batista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Romeu Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Schmidt in the 8th minute of the match. Romeu Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Schmidt in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute Ramiro Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Zonta took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeu Batista. Romeu Batista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Aílton Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esporte Clube Zeus's supporters rose to their feet, but Aílton Varela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matías Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Zeus's goalkeeper Romeu Batista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles Zonta. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luizinho da Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. Esporte Clube Zeus's Tião Baiano managed to work through AC Metropol's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tião Baiano dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. AC Metropol's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luizinho da Cunha 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Romeu Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Charles Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute Charles Zonta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Charles Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeu Batista. Esporte Clube Zeus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charles Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Charles Zonta scored 5-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romeu Batista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rony Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Matías Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Luizinho da Cunha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matías Teixeira. Luizinho da Cunha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. In the 82nd minute, Edmílson de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Romeu Batista. Esporte Clube Zeus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. 85 minutes into the match, Esporte Clube Zeus's goal looked a bit too open when Edmílson de Barros came free, but Romeu Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeu Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Schmidt in the 86th minute of the match. Esporte Clube Zeus's Romeu Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Schmidt in the 89th minute of play. Adriano Pitta's late challenge caught a Esporte Clube Zeus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Pitta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Adriano Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC Metropol's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
