Jano de Toledo started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Senna during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Unidade Pinto Louco booed when Barbie Doll United U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jano de Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Doni Pires made a huge save. After 13 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Fernandez. In the 15th minute Jeferson Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio da Cunha in the 16th minute of play forced Unidade Pinto Louco's goalkeeper Dalmo Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doni Pires came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Unidade Pinto Louco's Jano de Toledo. But to his dismay, Jano de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. José Carlos Varela hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Doni Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jano de Toledo in the 22nd minute. Doni Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Edgard Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Doni Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Leme in the 27th minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Doni Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Senna hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. José Carlos Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Jano de Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 45 minutes into the game, Jano de Toledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Doni Pires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeferson Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in Acácio Domingues almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barbie Doll United U23's Doni Pires did a great save. In the 56th match minute, Barbie Doll United U23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Martins to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Barbie Doll United U23's zone, Amauri Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doni Pires came out of the goal and Amauri Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Emanuel Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Unidade Pinto Louco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Dionísio couldn't finish the play. Edgard Senna hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Barbie Doll United U23's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Dionísio came free, but Doni Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Acácio Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doni Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Leme in the 78th minute of play. Doni Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jano de Toledo in the 79th minute of the match. Barbie Doll United U23's Doni Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Barbosa in the 80th minute of play. Jano de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Pires having to interfere. Acácio Domingues scored 4-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doni Pires, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Unidade Pinto Louco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
