Cláudio Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basílio Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Britto in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Clemente Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio Soares. Pratigipe EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Leme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cláudio Soares came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Léo Britto. But to his dismay, Léo Britto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Wilian Peixoto hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Clemente Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio Soares. After 21 minutes of play, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Clemente Leme made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cláudio Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Leme in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Léo Britto came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Leme in the 34th minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Leme in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Soares saved Pratigipe EC from getting behind. After 39 minutes of play, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Geovânio da Rocha made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Léo Britto came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Leme in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

52 minutes into the game, Clemente Leme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Cláudio Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cláudio Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léo Britto in the 55th minute of play. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Pratigipe EC from getting a goal against them. If Geovânio da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares got control of the ball when Geovânio da Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Geovânio da Rocha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Cláudio Soares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Léo Britto went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute, Clemente Leme made a precise shot to the right of Cláudio Soares. Pratigipe EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. In the 73rd minute, Chiquinho Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Enio Sanches broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Cláudio Soares was a little too slow when Clemente Leme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-12. Clemente Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Cláudio Soares made a huge save. Cláudio Soares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Leme in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho Duarte came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Cláudio Soares made a huge save. Léo Britto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cláudio Soares came out and tried to block the shot, but Léo Britto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Xapetuba Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pratigipe EC.
