Zézinho Pontes's late challenge caught a REAL VASCO RIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zézinho Pontes helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, REAL VASCO RIO's Angelo Tande got control of the ball when Zézinho Pontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Leripe Lifestyle's Leo Junior made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celsinho Eger couldn't finish the play. Leripe Lifestyle's Luiz Fabiano Cavalcante was substituted for Jaime Cosme. Zézinho Pontes struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Angelo Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leripe Lifestyle.
