Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernando Mandrak took the kick off in the first half of the match. Valdemar Sarmento came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Igor Nascimento could save by the left post. Igor Nascimento had great luck who in the 5thth minute grab hold of the ball when Flávio Dantas from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Warren FC - DMZ's Valdemar Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flávio Dantas struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Igor Nascimento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warren FC - DMZ. After 16 minutes, Marcel Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bastioes EC and the Warren FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Bastioes EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Luís Guilherme Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Bastioes EC's Fernando Mandrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Guilherme Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luís Guilherme Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Mandrak's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 26 minutes, Edmílson Eger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warren FC - DMZ and the Bastioes EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Warren FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erivaldo de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Edgar de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Velloso having to interfere. Luís Guilherme Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Mandrak in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Marcel Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Warren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bastioes EC's Igor Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Bastioes EC from getting a goal against them. If Valdemar Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Bastioes EC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flávio Dantas made a kick off. After some careless play in the Bastioes EC defense, Valdemar Sarmento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Nascimento. The Bastioes EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Nascimento should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Valdemar Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match Daniel Warren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Igor Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valdemar Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Igor Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Sarmento in the 72nd minute of play. Edgar de Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar de Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes Bastioes EC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar de Lima. Valdemar Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Valdemar Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flávio Dantas's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flávio Dantas in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Nascimento saved Bastioes EC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Vitório Ceresso got a free kick in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flávio Dantas in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute, Eduardo Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warren FC - DMZ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
