He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sport Club Mavericks reached it. Rockets's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Mavericks the free kick. Benjamin Mazza was a little too slow when Davi Rossi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. Benjamin Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Cean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Rogério Cean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Rossi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
