Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 minutes of play, SE Palmeiras's Christiano Baiano made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Alagoano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saecinza's Júlio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo Godoi in the 38th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Saecinza got a freekick which was hit by Percy Cabral. SE Palmeiras's Jano do Vale pulled a muscle in his leg after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 65 minutes, Raúl Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saecinza and the SE Palmeiras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. The Saecinza fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SE Palmeiras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
