Osvaldinho Félix in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Davi Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luís Meirelles took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Pires. Igor Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Alexandre Zurawski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davi Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Félix in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Osvaldinho Félix reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Davi Amorim. The goal made the score 1-1. Davi Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldinho Félix in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Osvaldinho Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Zurawski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Tony Proença came free, but Igor Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Juventudes Libertárias getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Alexandre Zurawski hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldinho Félix was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serginho de Senna in the 53rd minute of play forced Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Davi Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davi Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus Paiva in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juventudes Libertárias's Waldir Aguiar got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Félix in the 57th minute of play forced Juventudes Libertárias's goalkeeper Davi Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sidnei Veloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Psiu!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventudes Libertárias the free kick. A collision led to Psiu! getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sidnei Veloso hit a great ball. Paulo Renato Maciel fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 62nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. 65 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Félix came free, but Davi Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davi Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Alexandre Zurawski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Pires made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Tony Proença sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldinho Félix in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davi Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Psiu! booed when Juventudes Libertárias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tony Proença struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Igor Pires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventudes Libertárias. Juventudes Libertárias's Davi Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldinho Félix in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Viana came free, but Davi Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Psiu! getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Matheus Paiva hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Juventudes Libertárias's Alexandre Zurawski got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After 95th play minutes Tony Proença shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Igor Pires and just under the crossbar into goal. Juventudes Libertárias's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
