Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Serafim Loyola started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes, Fabinho Borges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zandarin FC and the Belo Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Borges. A collision led to Zandarin FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Luizinho Amorim hit a great ball. When Belo Academy's Luiz Guilherme Amorim in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zandarin FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jânio Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vágner Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgílio Leal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jânio Ramos having to make a save. Jânio Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Leopoldo Senna's late challenge caught a Zandarin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Senna helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zandarin FC booed when Belo Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vágner Palmeira in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jânio Ramos saved Zandarin FC from getting behind. After 34 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Loyola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Amorim in the 38th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Jânio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Virgílio Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vágner Palmeira was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Belo Academy's Luiz Guilherme Amorim got a free kick in the 51st minute. A collision led to Zandarin FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Serafim Loyola hit a great ball. Jânio Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vágner Palmeira went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Virgílio Leal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jânio Ramos, 0-2. With a little luck, Zandarin FC's Jânio Ramos got control of the ball when Vágner Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jânio Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgílio Leal in the 64th minute. Carlos Alberto Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jânio Ramos having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match, Vágner Palmeira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jânio Ramos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luiz Guilherme Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jânio Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Zandarin FC's zone, Luiz Guilherme Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jânio Ramos came out of the goal and Luiz Guilherme Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Vágner Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jânio Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabinho Borges to maneuver through the defense. Belo Academy's Vágner Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgílio Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vágner Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belo Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
