Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luiz Fernando Chaves kicked off to start the match. Germania F.C.'s Murillo Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel de Senna in the 5th minute of play. When Rubens Reis fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Rubens Reis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Germania F.C. booed when Zemantauskas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Germania F.C.'s Afonso Alves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matheus Carneiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 12 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ademar de Amorim. In the 14th minute César Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Luz's late challenge caught a Germania F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Téo Luz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Téo Luz hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório Negri to maneuver through the defense. Afonso Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Afonso Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germania F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 played minutes Germania F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Coelho. 41 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Chaves came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Secco got free with Matheus Carneiro in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademar de Amorim was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Germania F.C.'s goalkeeper Murillo Valadares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rubens Reis. In the 65th minute, Téo Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olívio Secco in the 68th minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Matheus Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when Germania F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Hudson de Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germania F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zemantauskas FC the free kick. Germania F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
