Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teodoro Garcia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Claudinei Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Valdo da Silva made a huge save. The supporters of Pacui booed when Florão da América was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisão Siqueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinei Leão got free with Valdo da Silva in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Falcão Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho de Toledo in the 16th minute of play. Falcão Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarcisio Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Pacui's Falcão Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Loureiro in the 20th minute of play. Florão da América were furious when Luís Gustavo Salgado was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 22 minutes into the game, one of Florão da América:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Valdo da Silva made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Claudinei Leão sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute Teodoro Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Rezende took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Falcão Favoretto. Falcão Favoretto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Marcelinho de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falcão Favoretto having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Florão da América's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Garcia came free, but Valdo da Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 minutes, Claudinei Leão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pacui and the Florão da América players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Claudinei Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Garcia in the 55th minute of play forced Florão da América's goalkeeper Valdo da Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nico Rezende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Pacui got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Garcia. Teodoro Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdo da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Pacui's Claudinei Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdo da Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Valdo da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinei Leão in the 78th minute of the match. Nico Rezende received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Falcão Favoretto came out and tried to block the shot, but Nico Rezende slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 80th minute. Marcelinho de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Falcão Favoretto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florão da América. Teodoro Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Florão da América were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Pacui to leave the ground with a draw.
