Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Celsinho Bittencourt made the kick off which started today's match. Kiko Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Bittencourt in the 3rd minute of play. In the 9th minute, Mathias Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiko Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celsinho Bittencourt in the 10th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Inter de São Paulo got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Alcântara. Luiz Paulo Lara struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Kiko Aparecido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de São Paulo. 22 minutes into the game, Celsinho Bittencourt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kiko Aparecido. Celsinho Bittencourt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to Sagarana Clube getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arnaldo dos Santos hit a great ball. Kiko Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Eliseu Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Mathias Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Paulo Lara was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Inter de São Paulo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 36th minute Arnaldo dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Celsinho Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter de São Paulo's supporters rose to their feet, but Celsinho Bittencourt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiko Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mathias Berger made the kick off in the second half. Inter de São Paulo's Celsinho Bittencourt managed to work through Sagarana Clube's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Celsinho Bittencourt dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 55thth minute of the game Celsinho Bittencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagarana Clube's Kiko Aparecido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilmar Netto hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Sagarana Clube defense, Celsinho Bittencourt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiko Aparecido. The Sagarana Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiko Aparecido should have stopped the shot. Kiko Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Salles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseu Melo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Sagarana Clube's Kiko Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Alcântara in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Inter de São Paulo getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jonathan Carvalho hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sagarana Clube's Erik Salles got a free kick in the 78th minute. Inter de São Paulo's Agnaldo de Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celsinho Bittencourt took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kiko Aparecido. Kiko Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Inter de São Paulo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
