Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Luiz Gustavo Urbano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tony Valadares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Freitas's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 9th match minute, Red Dragon FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gugu Marinho to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 9 minutes, Manuel Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Athletico Paulistano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Athletico Paulistano were furious when Gualter Loureiro was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 15 minutes into the game, one of Club Athletico Paulistano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 17th minute, the referee gave Red Dragon FC - DMZ a penalty. José Maria Teixeira looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Tony Valadares. In the 19th minute, Ernesto Dionísio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lino Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Freitas couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Maria Teixeira in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Valadares saved Club Athletico Paulistano from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when José Maria Teixeira made the kick off in the second half. José Maria Teixeira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tony Valadares. Club Athletico Paulistano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tony Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Santana in the 58th minute of the match. Ernesto Dionísio charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Dionísio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Red Dragon FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Dionísio. Sérgio Azevedo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Club Athletico Paulistano's Tony Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Teixeira in the 68th minute of play. Lino Freitas took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Valadares. Tony Valadares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tony Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Teixeira in the 77th minute of play. Tony Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Maria Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Club Athletico Paulistano getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Manuel Pena hit a great ball.
