Egídio Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frédson Carneiro hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Frédson Carneiro got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Régis Madureira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Pinto. Conrado Gaúcho took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Régis Madureira. Régis Madureira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Rolando Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frédson Carneiro got free with Régis Madureira in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Furtado struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Décio Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papunhas EC. If Jacinto Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Frédson Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 44 minutes into the match, Frédson Carneiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Régis Madureira, 2-0. In the 47th match minute, Papunhas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Fred Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mitnarotov FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Luz to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Papunhas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frédson Rosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Décio Pinto made a huge save. If Frédson Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conrado Gaúcho scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Régis Madureira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Régis Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Conrado Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Régis Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Régis Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandão Meirelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Conrado Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Luz came free, but Régis Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Madureira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conrado Gaúcho went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 97th minute, Frédson Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Régis Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Mitnarotov FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
