Saiko FC's Edgard Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Cruz in the 5th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fabiano Cerezo during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Saiko FC made a substitution. In the 8th match minute, Fúria Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fabiano Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Fúria Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Vladimir Corrêa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by César Severo. Saiko FC's Edgard Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabinho Hermes in the 18th minute of play. Vladimir Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Severo in the 20th minute of the match. If Aloísio Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fúria Futebol Clube's Vladimir Corrêa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Fúria Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Nuno de Carvalho hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Cristian Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Pernambucano in the 39th minute of play forced Saiko FC's goalkeeper Edgard Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Cruz came free, but Edgard Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luís Fabiano Ortiz fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saiko FC's protests and gave Luís Fabiano Ortiz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Luís Fabiano Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for César Severo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Saiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Alcântara. Edgard Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho Hermes in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Severo in the 67th minute of play forced Fúria Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Vladimir Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fabiano Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Luís Fabiano Ortiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vladimir Corrêa. Fúria Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Fabiano Ortiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Saiko FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. César Severo hit a great ball. Gil Tróia hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Edgard Reis made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Cristian Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. Luís Fabiano Ortiz got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Cristian Pernambucano had several of the Saiko FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Edgard Reis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Saiko FC's Vladimir Alcântara got his second yellow card of the match in the 98th minute. The referee ordered Vladimir Alcântara off the ground. In the 99th minute, Vladimir Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Fúria Futebol Clube players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Saiko FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
