FPRMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Hamílton Cardozo came free, but Luís Gustavo Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Gustavo Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hamílton Cardozo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Gustavo Hermes. Luís Gustavo Hermes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Matías Viña got a free kick in the 43rd minute. If João Paulo Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Hamílton Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamílton Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Gustavo Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamílton Cardozo's late challenge caught a Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamílton Cardozo helped the player get up and apologised. Hamílton Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Júnior da Silva was substituted for Edinho Pitta. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Hamílton Cardozo got a free kick in the 50th minute. The Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Diamante Negro DK - VV were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hamílton Cardozo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FPRMZ's Noel Araújo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Luís Gustavo Hermes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ from getting a goal against them. Claudinei Pombal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Hamílton Cardozo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Hamílton Cardozo got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 77th minute, Júnior da Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Gustavo Hermes. The goal made the score 0-4. Sílvio Luiz de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Luís Gustavo Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomé Prestes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Carneiro went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. João Paulo Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Diamante Negro DK - VV had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
