After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Renatinho Freitas got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to Diamante Negro DK - VV getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Matías Viña hit a great ball. When Kiko Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the PRIMUS INC FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kiko Almeida couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Arthur de Mendonça kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomé Prestes. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Marcos Valle hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Matías Viña. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renatinho Freitas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomé Prestes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kiko Almeida went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Tomé Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur de Mendonça in the 63rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cacá Rezende during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, Cacá Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomé Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kiko Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur de Mendonça came free, but Tomé Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Matías Viña got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matías Viña kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PRIMUS INC FC had played much better football throughout.
