Jerônimo Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerônimo Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerônimo Mendes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Orlando Prestes might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliseu Tasso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando Prestes ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Encanto's Manuel Vianna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eliseu Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbson Vasconcelos in the 26th minute of the match. Róbson Vasconcelos scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseu Tasso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Róbson Vasconcelos succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Róbson Vasconcelos notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Encanto's Eliseu Tasso. Eliseu Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the match, Arsenal de Gols F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Vianna came free, but Celsinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Acácio Campidelis notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Encanto's Eliseu Tasso. Eliseu Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Orlando Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseu Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Orlando Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eliseu Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Gustavo Valladares got a free kick in the 60th minute. Róbson Vasconcelos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Eliseu Tasso made a huge save. After 68 minutes of play, Arsenal de Gols F.C's Róbson Vasconcelos made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseu Tasso was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nico Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Nico Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Nico Palmeira got a free kick in the 70th minute. Eliseu Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Róbson Vasconcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal de Gols F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbson Vasconcelos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Vasconcelos came free, but Eliseu Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Elói de Almeida pulled a muscle in his back after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Eliseu Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Manuel Vianna hit a great ball. Arsenal de Gols F.C's Leonel Zanette suffered a sore thigh after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Manuel Vianna got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 97th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Arsenal de Gols F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
