Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugênio Tasso started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Eugênio Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jefferson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Edson Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antônio Carlos Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Karaboudjan's Raí Rodrigues dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Dráusio Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Edson Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dráusio Saraiva hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Edson Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edson Mendes scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jefferson do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raí Rodrigues in the 36th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Víktor Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Valadares in the 40th minute of play forced Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Jefferson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Eugênio Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edson Mendes made a kick off. After 58 played minutes Karaboudjan got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Velloso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raí Rodrigues in the 64th minute of play forced Olivedos's goalkeeper Víktor Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Karaboudjan's Raí Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Víktor Mineiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 72nd match minute, Karaboudjan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raí Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Jefferson do Vale made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Antônio Carlos Valadares sent off a good shot on target. In the 78thth minute of the game Edson Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karaboudjan's Jefferson do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Jefferson do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Carlos Valadares. Víktor Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Elano Travassos came free, but Víktor Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Eugênio Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karaboudjan fully deserved thier win.
