Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredo Veloso kicked off to start the match. When Betinho Leme came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Limoeiro-PE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betinho Leme couldn't finish the play. Dedê Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ricardo Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Limoeiro-PE FC defense, Alfredo Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Carneiro. The Limoeiro-PE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Carneiro should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Cardoso in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guto Teles saved Lindner F.C from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Cafu Nóbrega kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guto Teles. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Limoeiro-PE FC's Lino Correia came free and shot a quick shot against goal 20 minutes in the game, fortunately Guto Teles had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Guto Teles was a little too slow when Lino Correia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-1. Guto Teles didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Limoeiro-PE FC's Lino Correia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 36th match minute, Lindner F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Barreto to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the match, Lino Correia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guto Teles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Correia got free with Guto Teles in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Correia made a kick off. Guto Teles came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Limoeiro-PE FC's Lino Correia. But to his dismay, Lino Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 56 minutes into the match, Lindner F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Correia came free, but Guto Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Alfredo Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lindner F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Lindner F.C booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Eduardo Bittencourt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dedê Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Lino Correia notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Lindner F.C's Guto Teles. Guto Teles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfredo Veloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Carneiro having to make a save. Guto Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Cardoso in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Limoeiro-PE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. Lindner F.C's Guto Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Correia in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Dedê Meireles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lindner F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedê Meireles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guto Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Cardoso in the 90th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Cardoso in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guto Teles saved Lindner F.C from getting behind. In the 96th minute, Chico Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Kléber Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's Eliseu Camargo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Limoeiro-PE FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
