Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Arí Motta made the kick off and thus started the match. Albertinho Mattos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arí Motta's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Albertinho Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Miranda in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Miranda in the 13th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Severino Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birol Biron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severino Alcântara came out and tried to block the shot, but Birol Biron slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. After some careless play in the Raining Blood defense, Didi Gaúcho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albertinho Mattos. The Raining Blood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albertinho Mattos should have stopped the shot. In the 25thth minute of the game Didi Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Raining Blood's Albertinho Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute of the match, Tim Tim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severino Alcântara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Luiz Guilherme Trancoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Alcântara was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 32 minutes into the game, Raining Blood's Tim Tim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 38th minute, Tim Tim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Gaúcho in the 41st minute of play forced Raining Blood's goalkeeper Albertinho Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to AF CERRADO getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Didi Gaúcho hit a great ball. AF CERRADO's Severino Alcântara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save AF CERRADO from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tim Tim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Artur Sergipano hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Luiz Guilherme Trancoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Birol Biron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Alcântara having to interfere. Raining Blood's Albertinho Mattos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Raining Blood from getting a goal against them. Laércio Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laércio Andrade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raining Blood's Enrique Pombal was substituted for John Snow. After a rather tough play, Raining Blood's Laércio Andrade got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64thth minute of the game Arí Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Raining Blood's Albertinho Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Nestor Cordeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albertinho Mattos skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Raining Blood getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Birol Biron hit a great ball. Albertinho Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Raining Blood's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nestor Cordeiro was slow to take the kick. During this time AF CERRADO's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Nestor Cordeiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Albertinho Mattos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arí Motta in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albertinho Mattos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Tim Tim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Alcântara came out of the goal and Tim Tim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Tim came free, but Severino Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertinho Mattos came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by AF CERRADO's Didi Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Didi Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Wiliam Rosa got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 90 minutes into the match, Raining Blood's goalkeeper Albertinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arí Motta. Carlos Augusto Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Augusto Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Raining Blood got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Sampaio. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
