Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Hélio da Silva made the kick off and thus started the match. Rubinho Vergílio came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Corumbaense F.C.'s Hélio da Silva. But to his dismay, Hélio da Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Rubinho Vergílio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélio da Silva went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Corumbaense F.C.'s Hélio da Silva got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute, Luisinho Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd match minute, Abutres 2003 FDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Arlindo Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Luiz Paulo Meirelles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Teles was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 30 played minutes Abutres 2003 FDP got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Mandrak. After 36 minutes of play, Abutres 2003 FDP's Jerônimo Mendonça made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Teles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nestor Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Meirelles in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Abutres 2003 FDP were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerônimo Mendonça to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Corumbaense F.C. booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulinho Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubinho Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Ortiz in the 58th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Nestor Teles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mathias de Moraes might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubinho Vergílio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias de Moraes ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Teixeira in the 73rd minute of play forced Corumbaense F.C.'s goalkeeper Nestor Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Abutres 2003 FDP booed when Corumbaense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizão Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubinho Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizão Teixeira in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Corumbaense F.C. booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Enio Barros made a precise shot to the right of Rubinho Vergílio. Abutres 2003 FDP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
