Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulinho Moraes started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute of the match, Jerônimo Mendonça tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valério Monteiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 7 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Araújo. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Abutres 2003 FDP's Jerônimo Mendonça in the 10th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Valério Monteiro was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Agroboys SM - CIMZ through an amazing save. Valério Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerônimo Mendonça in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristóvão de Salles who took care of the corner kick. Jerônimo Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Mendonça in the 18th minute of play forced Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalkeeper Valério Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's Cristóvão de Salles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valério Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valério Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Mendonça in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Acácio Freitas got a free kick in the 27th minute. Valério Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Abutres 2003 FDP's Valério Monteiro threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jerônimo Mendonça, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jerônimo Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cléberson Munhoz's late challenge caught a Abutres 2003 FDP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cléberson Munhoz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, one of Agroboys SM - CIMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Agroboys SM - CIMZ. After 45 minutes, Jardel Correia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agroboys SM - CIMZ and the Abutres 2003 FDP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jardel Correia hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Jerônimo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerônimo Mendonça to make the kick off. Valério Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Rubinho Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Correia in the 61st minute of play. Arlindo Teixeira hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Luiz Paulo Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eliézer Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Agroboys SM - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliézer Araújo couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Abutres 2003 FDP's Rubinho Vergílio got control of the ball when Paulinho Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Meirelles in the 83rd minute of play. Jerônimo Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valério Monteiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Valério Monteiro came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Abutres 2003 FDP's Jerônimo Mendonça. But to his dismay, Jerônimo Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 91 minutes, Natanael Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natanael Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jardel Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, Abutres 2003 FDP could leave the field as winners, despite Agroboys SM - CIMZ having more of the ball for most of the match.
