In the 6th match minute, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Jorginho Vargas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Jorginho Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorginho Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Juvenal Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivo de Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Vargas in the 35th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Jorginho Vargas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ivo de Moraes. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jorginho Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jorginho Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivo de Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inácio Zonta to make the kick off. Ivo de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juvenal Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 54thth minute of the game Jorginho Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorginho Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Ivo de Moraes threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jorginho Vargas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Christian Mendonça was substituted for Jorginho Vargas. Haroldo do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Alcântara in the 70th minute of the match. Haroldo do Valle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dráuzio Sergipano went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Christian Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivo de Moraes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes got control of the ball when Christian Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 82 minutes, Christian Mendonça made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Pesqueira City's Ivo de Moraes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, Rodolfo Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo de Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Ivo de Moraes made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Christian Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. The Pesqueira City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
