The supporters of Misericordia EC booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gal Van didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Misericordia EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Haroldo de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Branco in the 41st minute of the match. When Misericordia EC's Cássio Motta in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reko-Recko 03™'s goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Cássio Motta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo de Sena was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Misericordia EC played a much better game than Reko-Recko 03™ and deserved their victory. The Reko-Recko 03™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
