Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Sabóia took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Se7e booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walmir França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Guimarães having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Carlos Munhoz in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Vítor Guimarães saved 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir França in the 8th minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caco Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Damasceno in the 12th minute of the match. João Vítor Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Sabóia in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Walmir França managed to get in a good position for a shot. Se7e's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmir França was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Vítor Guimarães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Amílton Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Se7e's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Damasceno came free, but Caco Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Se7e's Caco Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidnei Dionísio in the 30th minute of play. Sidnei Dionísio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caco Reis. Caco Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 32 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei Dionísio. In the 36th minute Walmir França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Se7e's Caco Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half 卡納里尼奧 FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseu Alagoano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Se7e's Marco Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arlindo Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Se7e's protests and gave Arlindo Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Se7e getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Arlindo Loureiro hit a great ball. The long shot by Abel Vidal in the 55th minute really tested Caco Reis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 59th minute, Se7e's Adhemar de Sena seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Adhemar de Sena the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Se7e protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Adhemar de Sena had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 59 minutes into the game, one of Se7e:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Se7e:s Caco Reis showed great skill when he stopped Abel Vidal:s penalty. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The supporters of Se7e booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidnei Dionísio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in 卡納里尼奧 FC's zone, Marco Sabóia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Guimarães came out of the goal and Marco Sabóia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Se7e's Walmir França got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Caco Reis was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Severino da Cunha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino da Cunha really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. A collision led to Se7e getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Remo Neto hit a great ball. In the 97th minute Severino da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
