Cido Goiano charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. AS Pikachuzim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agnaldo Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Victor da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cido Goiano hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá Torres got free with Eurico Arantes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eurico Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GLADIADORES's Eurico Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Bittencourt in the 44th minute of play. Eurico Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dadá Torres in the 47th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Batista in the 47th minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Eurico Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Veiga to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Veiga in the 53rd minute of play forced AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Claudinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GLADIADORES's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flavinho Brodel in the 54th minute. In the 70th minute, Cristian Bittencourt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eurico Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 75th match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Enio Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 76th match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Eurico Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Torres in the 85th minute of the match. The GLADIADORES players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AS Pikachuzim from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
