Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Hudson dos Santos made the kick off and thus started the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Pirani in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeu Marques saved Planet Caravan from getting behind. JFSP were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Planet Caravan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gláuber Fonseca took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Vambola Probach heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Romeu Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vambola Probach in the 9th minute. Romeu Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vambola Probach in the 15th minute of the match. After 16th play minutes Vambola Probach shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Romeu Marques and just under the crossbar into goal. 21 minutes into the game, João Francisco Furtado threw the ball into play from the sideline. JFSP's Danilo Gonçalves quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Vambola Probach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Romeu Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Danilo Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeu Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vambola Probach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Aníbal Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Planet Caravan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aníbal Guedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Pirani. JFSP's Thibault Mamardashvili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Saraiva in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aníbal Pirani made a kick off. 64 minutes into the game, César Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JFSP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Planet Caravan the free kick. JFSP made a substitution. Sílvio Luís Ceresso replaced Vambola Probach. Planet Caravan made a substitution. Murillo de Almeida replaced Aníbal Guedes. Planet Caravan made a substitution. José Félix replaced João Francisco Furtado. 63 minutes into the game, one of JFSP:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Thibault Mamardashvili, was totally fooled by Planet Caravan's Hudson dos Santos, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Ismael Neiva came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the JFSP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Neiva couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hudson dos Santos got free with Thibault Mamardashvili in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee gave Planet Caravan a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hudson dos Santos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of JFSP's Thibault Mamardashvili. 1-2. Thibault Mamardashvili stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebeto Queirós's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. A collision led to JFSP getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Peixoto hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, JFSP's Danilo Gonçalves got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 84 played minutes Planet Caravan got a freekick which was hit by Bebeto Queirós. Edgard de Godoi's late challenge caught a Planet Caravan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard de Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, JFSP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Romeu Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 90th minute of play forced Planet Caravan's goalkeeper Romeu Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Planet Caravan got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Saraiva. Zé Paulo Saldanha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romeu Marques. Planet Caravan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Planet Caravan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
