In the 24th minute, Zeledon Hegoi made a precise shot to the right of Arnulfo Mirande. Club Real Cantera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Aaron Indalecio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Quinton having to make a save. In the 34th minute, Elvio Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Martin Goi. 47 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's goalkeeper Arnulfo Mirande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Eutor. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Goi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, CACYFA's Martin Goi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnulfo Mirande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Eutor in the 88th minute of the match. Zeledon Hegoi took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Mirande. Arnulfo Mirande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. CACYFA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
