Marcial Osoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Duardo in the 6th minute of play forced Espinillos AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Potrerillo Azuleño's corner Leandro Osmundo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcial Osoitz quite easily take care of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Espinillos AFC's Domingo Lehior sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lázaro Gonza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcial Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Duardo in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Potrerillo Azuleño booed when Espinillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Prejun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Espinillos AFC's Marcial Osoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Etxahun in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Elias Etxahun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marcial Osoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcial Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Duardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Marcial Prejun came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Espinillos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Prejun couldn't finish the play. Marcial Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Etxahun, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Elias Etxahun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Osoitz was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Elias Etxahun took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcial Osoitz. Marcial Osoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Espinillos AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eustacio Martxelin hit a great ball. Marcial Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Osmundo in the 38th minute of play. Marcial Osoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Etxahun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Espinillos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Etxepare. After 42 minutes, Bernabe Leguizamón mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espinillos AFC and the Potrerillo Azuleño players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Potrerillo Azuleño booed when Espinillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute of the match Leandro Osmundo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Osoitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Potrerillo Azuleño booed when Espinillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bruno Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hector Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
54 minutes into the game, Patricio Bortzaioriz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marcial Osoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcial Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Duardo in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Etxahun got free with Marcial Osoitz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Espinillos AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Leandro Osmundo scored to the left of an out of position Marcial Osoitz, making the score, 0-5. Marcial Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Bortzaioriz in the 71st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Marcial Osoitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Bernabe Leguizamón was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Bernabe Leguizamón hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Leandro Osmundo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcial Osoitz. Espinillos AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lázaro Gonza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes Patricio Bortzaioriz rounded Espinillos AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. Leandro Osmundo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Osmundo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Potrerillo Azuleño getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Leandro Osmundo hit a great ball. Marcial Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Etxahun in the 87th minute of the match. Marcial Osoitz came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Potrerillo Azuleño's Patricio Bortzaioriz. But to his dismay, Patricio Bortzaioriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Marcial Osoitz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Patricio Bortzaioriz sent off a good shot on target. In the 98th minute, Augusto Venceslas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Potrerillo Azuleño's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
