The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 35th minute, one of Willy Brown FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Willy Brown FC. Quique Bustillos shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 41stth minute of the game Cleto Martxel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Willy Brown FC's Gualterio Federigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th minute, Remigio Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Bernardino Erdiano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Federigo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 60th minute, Simon Lucado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Quique Bustillos charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quique Bustillos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Ubarna was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mario Frutos. Gualterio Federigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Simon Lucado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jorge Ubarna. That made the score 3-3 in the 95 minute of play. Willy Brown FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
