Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paolo Tximitx started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Baldomero Seber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Seber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nemesio Mateus fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaplan's protests and gave Nemesio Mateus a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Herauso's late challenge caught a Club A. Chipa y Tereré's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Herauso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Herauso to maneuver through the defense. René Higuita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Baldomero Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Abelardo Ledesma kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeo Sesuldo. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Angel Calisto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tadeo Sesuldo. Angel Calisto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Aurre during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramon Aurre hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Calisto came free, but Tadeo Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Club A. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Tximitx in the 25th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper René Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Tximitx in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Tadeo Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Ledesma, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Lucio Soin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tadeo Sesuldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the match, Lucio Soin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Sesuldo. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Soin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Lucio Soin took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeo Sesuldo. Tadeo Sesuldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Tadeo Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Avellaneda in the 75th minute of play. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Tadeo Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Calisto in the 77th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Ledesma in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Sesuldo saved Club A. Chipa y Tereré from getting behind. Tadeo Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Avellaneda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Kaplan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
