Doppa Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evelio Kaxen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carmelo Kismi made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 25thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Baldomero Flores would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After having played for 32 minutes, Evelio Kaxen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiburones Machos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Kaxen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Flores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Kismi in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Machos's Laureano Goiz got a free kick in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Carmelo Kismi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Baldomero Flores to make any attempt to save it. Angel Ovando struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Fabio Basajaun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiburones Machos. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Machos's Angel Ovando got a free kick in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Tiburones Machos made a substitution. Saturnino Innocenzio replaced Placido Lopez. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evelio Kaxen made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Saul Grabiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiburones Machos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doppa Fc the free kick. After 56 played minutes, Doppa Fc's Carlos Belo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Flores came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Doppa Fc reached it. Fabio Basajaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Kaxen's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Fabio Basajaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Kaxen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Flores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Kismi's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. After 68 played minutes Tiburones Machos got a freekick which was hit by Angel Ovando. One of Tiburones Machos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Doppa Fc:s goal. Baldomero Flores had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Carlos Belo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 84th minute, Astor Cordairo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tiburones Machos's zone, Carmelo Kismi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Flores came out of the goal and Carmelo Kismi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Bilbo might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Basajaun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Bilbo ran back to his position shaking his head. Laureano Goiz hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Doppa Fc players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
