Ubaldo Seme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Iraido's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's Victor Jakes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Seme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Eliu in the 9th minute of play forced Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cipriano Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, La Vuelta del Malon's Genaro Darien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Maore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ubaldo Seme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Crescencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 24 minutes into the game, Ariel Iraido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ubaldo Seme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cipriano Ibañez took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cipriano Maore. Cipriano Maore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Damaso Crescencio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Cipriano Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Ibañez in the 40th minute of the match. Alejandro Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Defensores del Albinegro's Victor Jakes got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Genaro Darien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute Cipriano Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Darien made a kick off. If Genaro Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Genaro Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Vuelta del Malon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ubaldo Seme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Iraido's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Faustino Tximitx hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Damaso Donostia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, La Vuelta del Malon's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Iraido came free, but Ubaldo Seme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Darien in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, Defensores del Albinegro's Cipriano Maore got control of the ball when Bernabe Oihan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 81 minutes into the game, when Damaso Donostia put in a rough tackle. 80 minutes into the game, one of Defensores del Albinegro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Cipriano Maore, was totally fooled by La Vuelta del Malon's Faustino Tximitx, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 87th minute Cipriano Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Eliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cipriano Maore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Cipriano Ibañez took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Cipriano Maore to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Darien in the 94th minute of play forced Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cipriano Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cipriano Maore made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Bernabe Oihan sent off a good shot on target. Cipriano Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Eliu in the 96th minute of the match. La Vuelta del Malon played a much better game than Defensores del Albinegro and deserved their victory. The Defensores del Albinegro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
