Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) With his leg Marciano Blanco managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Fcion C.A.'s Fulgencio Romano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Leonides Rubio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marciano Blanco to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Fcion C.A.'s Amancio Duarte got a free kick in the 11th minute. Danilo Paz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Leonides Rubio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fcion C.A. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Roman Lehior hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Tomás Checa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Theodore was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Jacobo Theodore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Brion in the 39th minute of play. Leonides Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marciano Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Blanco was a little too slow when Fulgencio Romano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-2. Ariel Pancho struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jacobo Theodore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pucho. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Checa to strike the kick off in the second half. Fcion C.A.'s Jacobo Theodore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Brion in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fcion C.A.'s zone, Raul Brion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Theodore came out of the goal and Raul Brion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonides Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marciano Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fcion C.A.'s Jacobo Theodore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Brion in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Raul Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Pucho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Brion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Brion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jacobo Theodore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Pucho's Marciano Blanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Rubio in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Fcion C.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Sanson to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Blanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fcion C.A. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Pucho had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
