When Coupon Busters II AR's Fabian Carlomagno in 22 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ricardo Mattin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Leonel Rodas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Deportivo el Divague's Severino Cruz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artemio Edwardo. Artemio Edwardo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Cruz made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Coupon Busters II AR's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Gagriel came free, but Artemio Edwardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes, Fernando Quexal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coupon Busters II AR and the Deportivo el Divague players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Coupon Busters II AR's Fernando Quexal got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Ernesto Dayam shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artemio Edwardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cesar Bikendi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ricardo Mattin made a huge save. Artemio Edwardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Azibar went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Laureano Colas hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Artemio Edwardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Gimenez's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Deportivo el Divague defense, Cesar Bikendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Mattin. The Deportivo el Divague fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Mattin should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Severino Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo el Divague's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coupon Busters II AR the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo el Divague getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Severino Cruz hit a great ball. Cesar Bikendi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-6 in the 72nd playminute. Cesar Bikendi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Ricardo Mattin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Coupon Busters II AR booed when Deportivo el Divague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coupon Busters II AR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Bikendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
