Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernando Cefero started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Chacarita Jrs booed when Villa Mitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Gabirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 played minutes Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Kelemen. In the 12th minute, Fernando Cefero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roman Montez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Leandro Gabirel kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Nestor Eskuin took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Roman Montez to make any attempt to save it. Villa Mitre's Roman Montez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Mitre from getting a goal against them. Angelo Ciano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roman Montez firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Nestor Eskuin managed to get in a good position for a shot.
