Javier Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Forever Tango's zone, Eloy Oxarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Poncio came out of the goal and Eloy Oxarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Forever Tango booed when Los Delfines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cayetano Ledesma during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Cayetano Ledesma hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Delfines's zone, Javier Ritchie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Veronica came out of the goal and Javier Ritchie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Luis Ekhi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Javier Ritchie notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Los Delfines's Ciriaco Veronica. Ciriaco Veronica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the game, Forever Tango's Marcelino Cordeara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciriaco Veronica made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Aristides Poncio made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Celestino Hats sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Forever Tango's Jonatan Santana got a free kick in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Lesardo came free, but Ciriaco Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Veronica having to interfere. Aristides Poncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Iraido in the 88th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Forever Tango had played much better football throughout.
