Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Felipe Gilesindo kicked off to start the match. Baldomiro Gamus scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateo Pietro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 8 minutes of play, Palermo's Valentin Enekoitz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Pietro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eustaquio Toli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Marcial Dantae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Baldomiro Gamus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Anibal Fernendo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palermo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Baldomiro Gamus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mateo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Leopoldo Hulberto got a free kick in the 25th minute. Mateo Pietro came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Baldomiro Gamus. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Gamus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After having played for 34 minutes, Baldomiro Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Gamus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Valentin Enekoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Pietro was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Nestor Diegotxe hit a great ball. Eulalio Lano might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Pietro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Lano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute Anibal Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Pietro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomiro Gamus was the one to do the kick off. Evelio Guipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eulalio Lano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Mateo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Pietro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Fernendo in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Baldomiro Gamus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Pietro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Eulalio Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes, Leopoldo Hulberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario Central and the Palermo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Leopoldo Hulberto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Enekoitz in the 67th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Mateo Pietro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anibal Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mateo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evelio Guipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mateo Pietro made a huge save. 71 minutes in the game, Baldomiro Gamus fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mateo Pietro having to interfere. Eustaquio Toli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Valentin Enekoitz made a precise shot to the right of Mateo Pietro. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Ulises Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mateo Pietro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Leonardo Vito hit a great ball. Mateo Pietro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Fernendo in the 87th minute of the match. Baldomiro Gamus was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the final whistle sounded Palermo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rosario Central.
